With over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, Carmen is focused on customer service and handling every client request in a timely manner.  She joined Wilson Bank & Trust Investment Services in 2021.  Prior to joining the team she was a universal banker at FirstBank in Franklin, TN.

Carmen is a Nashville native and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from David Lipscomb University. She enjoys volunteering and giving back to her community.  She served for 5 years as VP of Events for Next Generation Heritage Foundation for Franklin, TN, served in her church youth group over 10 years, and has assisted with Nashville ALS Association.  She currently volunteers every fall with JH Outback Nashville.  In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, hand lettering and spending time with her family.
