With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Damon’s top priority is helping individuals, families and businesses manage and preserve wealth. He builds and nurtures relationships to provide thorough education and understanding, which is vital to establishing lines of communication and feedback from each client. Maintaining a strong reputation and proactive approach with his clientele has entrenched a confidence and trust they value.

Damon, a southern Indiana native, graduated from Indiana University Southeast in 1997 with his bachelor’s degree in secondary education, while also being named as an NAIA All-American in men’s college basketball. Damon started his career in financial services at AXA Advisors in 1998, and shortly after moved to Smith Barney in Louisville, Kentucky. After Smith Barney, Damon became an asset manager/financial consultant for Wachovia Securities in Dallas, Texas, where he resided through 2010. After moving to the Middle Tennessee area, Damon was accepted into the Executive MBA Program at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree in July 2013. Prior to joining Wilson Bank & Trust Investment Services in 2015, he was the director of client coverage, U.S., for S&P Dow Jones Indices.

Staying involved in the community is important to Damon. He was a league director and coach for the West Wilson Basketball Association and served for four years as director/coach of the Mount Juliet Little League. He has also served as a board member for the Cerebral Palsy KIDS Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

Damon and his wife, Tasha, reside in Mount Juliet with their two children, Mason and Sawyer. In his free time, Damon enjoys golfing, working out (Six1Five Sports Fitness or at home on his Peloton), coaching his kids in various sports activities, traveling with his wife and kids, and spending time with family and friends.
