Donna’s wonderful voice greets clients when they call the office. With more than three decades of industry experience, she brings a steady and experienced hand to client service tasks, from money movement to administrative operations. Compassionate and personable, she enjoys supporting the team and clients.

She joined Wilson Bank & Trust Investment Services in 2018 as an administrative assistant. Her industry career traces back to 1986, when she began a job at a local bank in Stuart, Florida. During her career, she has worked at several brokerage firms in operations roles. Prior to joining our team, she worked at UBS in Nashville. She also worked at Morgan Keegan, which was acquired by Raymond James in 2012. She was their cashier for over 14 years.

Staying connected to the community is a priority for Donna. She volunteers at a local cat café, and she and her husband are active members of Celebration Lutheran Church.

Donna lives in Mount Juliet with her husband, Clay, and their cat, Patches. Donna and Clay have been happily married for more than 20 years. They have lived in Mount Juliet since 2001 after moving to Nashville from sunny south Florida in 1998. They are avid Nashville Predators fans and are season ticket holders. Donna enjoys making floral arrangements and wreaths, reading, traveling with Clay, and relaxing at home with Patches on her lap. She loves animals, especially cats, and is a member of the Nashville Zoo and the Great Smoky Mountains Association.
