Carol focuses on delivering client-first service, taking the time to understand each person’s situation. She is proactive in answering their questions and handling their requests. She was drawn to the financial services industry more than two decades ago by her interest in the markets and her belief in long-term financial planning.

She joined Wilson Bank & Trust Investment Services in 2019. Before that, she served as a sales assistant at Complete Wealth Management, Synovus Securities and Charles Schwab. She has also served as an options order desk registered associate at J.C. Bradford & Co. She earned a bachelor’s degree in American studies from Vanderbilt University.

Carol stays involved in her community, and served as vice president and treasurer for Lakeview Elementary Design School’s Parent Teacher Organization. Originally from Lebanon, Tennessee, she lives in Nashville with her husband, Steve. They have two daughters, Grace and Christina. In her free time, Carol enjoys gardening and spending time with family.
