An experienced and detail-oriented professional, Heather strives to give clients the best experience possible. Compassionate and caring, she treats people the way she wants to be treated. In her role, she handles client onboarding, phone calls and transactions. She also processes account paperwork and answers questions.

She joined Wilson Bank & Trust Investment Services in 2006 and holds her Series 7, Series 63 and insurance licenses. Before that, she was a customer service representative at the Baddour Parkway office.

Heather attended Cumberland University, graduating with an undergraduate degree in business administration with a minor in accounting. She immediately pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Cumberland University and graduated in 2002.

Giving back is important to Heather. She volunteers with the Keith Edmonds Foundation, Empower Me Camp, Bert Coble Singers, the American Cancer Society and the Miracle Power Network. She is also a mentor for students at Cumberland University.

Heather lives in Lebanon, her hometown, with her son, Brooks. In her free time, Heather enjoys cooking, reading and working out.
